U.S. labor law when it interfered with a union-organizing drive in Puerto

determined that CCA violated the National Labor Relations Act when it refused
to recognize and bargain with the Union General de Trabajadores
de Puerto Rico, which organized " social penal workers" at CCA

CCA/PZN alleging abuse at the hands of guard that allowed inmate to be beaten

written legal agreement releasing CCA from all liability for $25,000.
Inmate was found by the Social Security Admin to be permanently and totally
